What payment methods do you accept?
Click on the "Buy Now" button of your Buddy and a dropdown will appear that offers
all of our convenient payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Phone, Fax, and Get it FREE (aka 'TrialPay' is recommend for users who shop online since the Buddy is free in conjunction with a qualifying purchase). Please select the
method that you prefer.
What is the "Get it FREE" payment option?
This is an opportunity for users to get a FREE Buddy. It greatly benefits
consumers who shop online. When users make a qualifying purchase via the Buddy's "Get it FREE" link, they receive their Buddy for FREE in conjunction with their online order.
What is the "All Buddies" payment option?
This option greatly benefits customers who use more than one Buddy on a regular
basis, as it provides access to ALL Buddies on our website for one low monthly fee.
How do I sign up for the "All Buddies" monthly subscription?
You can sign up to the monthly subscription via ANY Buddy's 'Buy Now' (there is a "All Buddies" purchase option there), or on any Buddy's purchase page on our website.
How long do I have to wait for my registration code (serial number)?
The length of time varies depending upon the payment method you used.
Credit Card or PayPal: Once your order is processed, your registration information is sent immediately to the email address you provided.
Get it FREE: Depending upon the offer chosen, the wait ranges from 'instant' to '1-5' days; read the offer carefully for when the transaction will occur. As soon as we are notified of the order completion, you
will be emailed instructions for obtaining your registration information.
Phone or Fax: Upon contacting eSellerate they will process your order and offer approximate turn-around time for receiving your
registration information.
I paid with Trial Pay's "Get it FREE". How do I register my Buddy?
Typically after 1 business day (Monday-Friday) you will receive
an email with instructions for getting your registration information. Follow the instructions given to you
in this registration email. A visual walk-through is also available at this link.
I accidentally purchased the wrong Buddy. How can I get the correct one?
First repurchase the correct item. Then email support with BOTH of your order numbers
and explain that you purchased the wrong item by mistake. A refund for the accidental purchase can then be issued.
