Question: How do I take a screenshot if my Buddy isn't open?
Answer:
If you cannot send a Bug Report from your Buddy because it is not open, here are the instructions on how to take and send us a screenshot or picture of the situation you are experiencing. This can be very helpful as we will be able to see exactly the circumstances under which the software issue is taking place. Sending us a screenshot is the best way to get a solution.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
The easiest way to send us a screenshot is to use our free Capture Buddy program. You can download Capture Buddy here.

Step 2
Run Capture Buddy, and click on the capture button when you are ready to take the picture.
HINT: Take a picture when you get to the place where you are having trouble. Don't be afraid to take several pictures to illustrate the problem. This will help us see if there is anything wrong,
or what may be causing the issue. We can then help you fix it! If you do take several screenshots, please put them all in one .zip file by selecting the pictures and right-clicking to choose "Send to... .zip folder"
Then attach this to your message.
Step 3
Notice that Capture Buddy has saved the picture to your desktop.
Step 4
Open an email and attach the picture to it. Now send it to us (support@playbuddy.com). You will receive a reply within 1 business day.
