HOW TO REGISTER

 

STEP 1:
Open your Buddy. You should see the registration window illustrated above. Click on the "Enter Serial Number" button on your Buddy (circled in red above).

STEP 2:
A dropdown will appear. Now enter your name and serial number which will appear in this format:
John Doe
PLABDH00-12MC-ED3B-34GFH-A5ERX
Use copy and paste to avoid typing mistakes.

To copy and paste:

Click your mouse in front of your serial number. Now hold down the mouse button and drag it across all of the numbers so that the entire serial number is highlighted.

Now, while the serial number is still highlighted, RIGHT-click with your mouse and choose "copy" (or hold the ctrl key and press "c").

Next, click in the empty registration code box on the registration screen and RIGHT-click again. Now choose "paste" (or hold the ctrl key and press "v").

STEP 3:
Press the "Submit" button.

If you don't have a firewall then you are done and should have successfully registered!

If you have a firewall or are unable to connect directly to our servers, the next steps apply to you.

STEP 4:
A window (shown above) with three choices will open.
Choose the first option circled in red. Then press Next.

STEP 5:
A new window will open, with a code pre-generated. Press the Submit button to proceed to Step 6.

STEP 6:
You will now see a long, pre-generated number like the one circled in red above.
Enter this number into the activation key panels (copy and paste) so that it looks like the picture below.

Now press the Activate button circled in red.

Thats it, you are now successfully registered!
