Introduction
Word Search Daily is a classic word puzzle game
that requires a sharp eye and - at times - patience. Why strain
your eyes and try your patience when you can get a buddy that can do it for
you?
Rake in those tokens and become a Word Search Daily
champion with Word Search Buddy, the efficient tool that solves
the puzzles on your behalf.
And if you're of the "old-school" mindset and want to
play yourself, manually selecting the word solution is a
cinch. All it takes is a simple double click
on the word (in the Word Search Buddy list) and it
is automatically found and circled for you.

The Interface (GUI)
Word Search Buddy is simple and extremely easy to use. The interface makes it easy to accomplish
tasks with a click of a button. The main console provides the list of words (sorted alphabetically by default) needed
to complete the current Word Search Daily puzzle. Below in the Stats area users can see how many games have been played. The lower half provides all of the interactive buttons. For those who want to see this lower part only, press the collapse button.
The interactive show hint button provides a useful way to see the next move - indicated by the
blinking red arrows and the word being highlighted from the list. And of course the play hint will play the move for you. And let us not forget the autoplay feature! As the button suggests, this is where users can
engage Word Search Buddy in automatic play.

Menu Options

The Options menu allows you to access Word Search Buddy's dictionary editor and settings and change them to suit your needs (see below). It also offers an opportunity to refer a buddy (tell a friend) about Word Search Buddy and/or request a new feature. |

The Rooms menu contains backdoor links to each of Pogo's Word room topics. |

The Help menu provides instructions on how to use Word Search Buddy, a link to the Play Buddy Help Center, shortcuts to buy and register your copy, and a valuable Troubleshoot and Bug Report feature to use when Word Search Buddy isn't working. But perhaps the most valuable feature here is the auto check at startup which automatically checks for any updates. |

Keeps Word Search Buddy on top of all windows all the time. |

The Dictionary Editor
|
The Dictionary Editor lets users do a search for
a specific word. It also lists all the words in a convenient searchable format by providing a scrollable list. If a
new word needs to be added or a specific word deleted, this is the place to do it. NOTE: Users can also delete words by
right-clicking the word on the Buddy's GUI and selecting the option there. |

How To Use
- Log on to Pogo games with your username and password, or select a room topic from Word Search Buddy's Rooms menu.
- If you haven't already done so, launch Word Search Buddy and use the Rooms option to quickly enter a room topic, then enter a game room.
- When your game opens, the Buddy automatically recognizes it and is ready to work.
- Manual players can use the play hint and show hint options.
- Autoplayers need only press the autoplay button to have Word Search Buddy complete the game automatically.

| Delete Words |
A built-in dictionary editor allows users to add and delete words; it can be
found under the Buddy's "Options" menu. If you want to quickly delete a word, right-click
on the word and select the option. |

Optimizing Performance
- Definitions: To get the meaning (definition) of a word in the results list, right-click on the word and click on the Definition option that pops up.
- Versatility: While words can be deleted from the dictionary editor, they can also be deleted by right-clicking them when they appear on the Buddy's results window!
- Under cover: Don't want the Buddy to appear on your taskbar? Use the minimize to tray option.

HELP!
It won't recognize the game window
Double-check that you have the newest version available. Do this by using the check for update feature under the Help menu on the Buddy. Also, the "News" section at the top of this page has a link to "Updated Buddies." Here you can see if the Buddy has been recently updated and why.
Now make sure that all the system requirements for the Buddy are met. These include Windows, Internet Explorer, and appropriate display settings.
It won't work
Select the Bug Report feature under the HELP tab on the Buddy. Fill in the required fields, capture the screen, and then send it. Play Buddy Support will receive it and respond to you via e-mail.

Registering your software
Word Search Buddy is trialware and it cannot be used once the seven day trial period has expired. To avoid losing a great buddy, buy your copy by using the Buy Now option in the HELP menu. If you have already purchased and need help registering, please click here.
