
1. Select the "Settings" tab (XP) or the Display Settings link (Vista). As illustrated in the picture:
2. Your "Color Quality" should be at 32 (you don't
want to go lower than 24).
3. Your "Screen resolution" should be approximately
1152x864 but can be altered slightly depending upon personal preference
and the size of your monitor. Bottom line: 800x600 is TOO SMALL; your
windows, text, and desktop icons should NOT BE
TOO BIG! If the text in your windows or desktop icons are questionably
distorted or oversized, you need to
minimize your resolution.
4. Now choose the "Apply"
button and then 5. "OK" |
